Loving the gym unit! The 45-minute classes are intense, well-run, and full of great energy. The instructors are brilliant and everyone’s really friendly. I used to lose motivation doing my own gym workouts - now I just turn up, get told what to do, and push myself in ways I wouldn’t on my own.
