All classes are £8 and you only pay for the sessions you book.

**Functional Fitness – £8**
Practical strength, mobility and conditioning to help you move better and feel stronger.

**Kettlebells – £8**
A full-body workout using our range of kettlebells, with exercises suitable for different experience levels.

Our coaches are friendly, supportive and want to help you improve. Our classes have a welcoming atmosphere, with no pressure and no expectation that you need to be fit before you start.

There’s no need to overthink it.

Wear something comfortable, bring some water and arrive a few minutes before the class begins. We’ll explain everything and help you through the session.

The hardest part is showing up for the first time. After that, you’ll feel right at home.
